Jiji
20 Year Old Mini Mare
After years of neglect, her owner saw her as nothing more than “throw away”; and in their words, “food for the bears”, when they dumped Jiji at the gate of a local wildlife farm.
In less than a week with us she has already begun to gain weight, meet the vet and has stolen our hearts!

We are so exciting to see all the progress little Jiji has been making! Her pint size self is full of personality, loves eating her mashes and nickers for visitors!
first vet visit
Jiji was a champ for her first vet visit! She is estimated to be between 15-20 years old. We have begun a slow refeeding and will increase weight of feed as she gains strength.
Update: After 2 weeks Miss Jiji is thriving! She is still incredibly underweight, but she has developed a bit of sass, and her personality is shining!
